We were driving by a graveyard the other day and there was a canopy set up for a funeral/burial that had either just happened or was getting ready to happen. Levi says to me "Look mom! there's a tent! Someone's going to go camping out there."

This morning, Levi asked me how hair grows. I didn't know the answer. I told him God just made us that way and maybe one day we could ask Him those questions. Then he tells me that maybe it grows when you lay down in the bathtub and get your hair wet.

*rewind*

Recently I started cleaning the house of an older woman who has cancer and is going through chemotherapy. Her name is Becky.

*fast forward*

I asked Levi why he thought that was how hair grows and he told me that Becky said when she takes a shower her hair comes out.

What do I say to Levi?

I think one of these days I'm gonna have to try that old trick where I'll give Audrey this huge pile of all the candy she can imagine and let her eat as much as she wants.... then get sick. Maybe that will cure her ALWAYS begging for sweets twenty four hours a day.
